In the Men's 400m hurdles game, Takatoshi ABE of Japan ranked first with 49. 16s. Polish Patryk DOBEX and American David KENZIERA ranked second and third with 49. 23s and 49. 27s respectively. Chinese player Feng Zhiqiang and Cai Junqi ranked seventh and eighth respectively.
